It also includes coordinating with vendors, managing IT inventories, and ensuring minimal downtime for business-critical systems, with travel as required to support multiple locations.

Lead and oversee the construction and implementation of large-scale wind and solar renewable energy projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality, and safety standards. The role involves close coordination with corporate teams, EPC partners, and stakeholders, risk management across project phases, and regular reporting to senior leadership. Responsible for driving execution excellence, team leadership, and smooth commissioning of high-capacity renewable projects, with travel as required.

Support structuring, analysis, and management of financial transactions for large-scale renewable energy projects. The role involves deal origination, risk assessment, financial structuring, due diligence, compliance with loan agreements, and managing relationships with lenders, rating agencies, and project consultants while tracking BGs, LCs, and financing instruments.

Lead end-to-end implementation of large-scale renewable energy projects, ensuring timely execution, budget control, quality, and safety across project lifecycles and SPVs. The role involves strategic oversight, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and close coordination with corporate teams, EPC partners, and senior leadership to drive execution excellence and successful commissioning.
