Oyster Renewable is an Independent Power Producer (IPP) developing intelligent, performance-driven renewable energy systems for India’s commercial and industrial (C&I) sector.
Founded in 2022, the company specializes in hybrid solar and wind projects designed to deliver reliable, round-the-clock clean power, ensuring businesses have uninterrupted access to sustainable energy.
From project development and investment to operations and asset management, we provide end-to-end solutions tailored to the evolving demands of businesses transitioning to low-carbon power. Every project is approached with purpose and precision, combining technical expertise, operational discipline and a deep understanding of client needs.
Our project SPV, Oyster Green Hybrid One Pvt. Ltd., holds an A- credit rating, reinforcing our financial stability as we scale our renewable portfolio.

Our Process
Comprehensive Site Assessment
Oyster Renewable’s approach is rooted in technical rigour, contextual analysis, and a commitment to delivering site-specific energy solutions. Each project begins with a detailed assessment of the location factoring in geography, climate conditions, infrastructure availability, and power consumption patterns.
Customized Engineering
and Design
Engineering teams then customize the plant architecture, selecting suitable equipment and integrating technologies that best align with the site’s requirements. Design decisions are backed by in-depth land analysis, solar radiation data, risk assessment, and grid compatibility.
End-to-End Procurement and Execution
Oyster manages the entire procurement process, sourcing high-quality components that meet both technical and operational standards. Execution is led with attention to detail and a focus on reliability, ensuring that every plant functions efficiently, supports the client’s sustainability goals, and remains easy to operate and maintain over time.
Our Projects
Oyster Renewable is currently constructing projects across Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and Kerala, with commissioning scheduled from June 2025 through 2026.
